Tap on “Subscriptions” from the main page of the August App, then choose your respective doorbell camera. Next, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. Enter your credit card information to complete your subscription purchase. ## How do I cancel my subscription? Select “Subscriptions” from the August App main menu. Choose the relevant doorbell camera on the Video Recording screen, and then tap on the “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom of the screen. Keep in mind that canceling your subscription will remove any videos beyond 24 hours; re-enabling your subscription will not restore them. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle and there will be no refunds. ## How do I change my subscription type? Select “Subscriptions” from the August App main menu. Choose the relevant doorbell camera on the Video Recording screen. Select the “Edit” button under the subscription to change your plan. ## How do I change my payment method? Select “Subscriptions” from the August App main menu. Tap on the “Manage Payment” button at the bottom of the screen. **PLEASE NOTE:** Only one credit card per user can be used for payments, even on subscriptions for multiple doorbells. ## What happens if my credit card expires? August Video Recording Basic is included free with the purchase of your Doorbell Cam. ### Do I need to sign up for the Basic plan? No need to sign up, Video Recording Basic is activated automatically when you set up your Doorbell Cam using the August mobile app. ### What happens to my videos after they expire? The video will be unavailable to view, however you’re able to see the still image from the event. ### If I upgrade, can I access my previously recorded videos? No. Previously recorded videos cannot be restored if you upgrade your plan. If you want to keep your videos for a longer duration, upgrade to August Premium or Premium Plus Video Recording before they expire. ## Premium Plan * 15 days of saved video history. * Saved video clips of all activity captured by Doorbell Cam. * Download and share saved videos. * Subscription applies to all users of the Doorbell Cam. ### How much does the Premium subscription cost?
